Blackmans Bay House

A 1970s brick and tile house with too few bedrooms and an unnecessary sitting room is now a smart 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. Timber decking outside and polished floorboards inside add natural style. Double glazing and insulation are installed for comfort and economy. The laundry was relocated to make way for the enlarged and modernised kitchen and dining area. Oversized glazed sliding doors open onto the generous celery top pine deck outside, merging the interior with the freshness of nature.
