Kingston House

Traditional building and 21st century technology; hand-crafted exposed timber and energy-conserving modern materials combined for style and comfort. Laminated oak rafters form the self-supporting roof. Wall frames are lined with Hebel® panels — with polystyrene cladding, double glazing, insulation and electric shutters they achieve a thermal rating of 7.5. The upper floor is also constructed from Hebel®, its weight carried by exposed oak beams and posts.
