Three sleek works of art perch on Hobart’s rugged heights to overlook the city. The houses, with heating units, garages and utility rooms, tucked under the living areas, are connected by the curving driveway. Soft greys, neutrals and silvers reflect the surrounding eucalypts. Interiors are elegant, low maintenance and airy, with light entering every room through skylights and large sliding windows and doors. Design and construction had to accommodate and preserve the natural wild habitats.
