Bellerive House 2

This dwelling was initially designed as a renovation to an existing 1970’s brick veneer house. However, the poorly built out of square home was ultimately demolished and a new elegant and timeless designed home was constructed in its place. External features such as stone veneer façade, blackbutt slats and exposed agg calderstone/tassie gold mix creates a warm and inviting entrance (to match the new owners of the house).
Large double glazed thermally broken windows take in the water views of Bellerive and Hobart. The open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms create an expansive area for the clients to cook and entertain their family and friends. The lower level provides a self-contained “hotel style” guest retreat.
