Spring Beach Eco Shack was designed for economy. Its two pavilions face north-east, capturing coastal views and making the passive solar design fully effective. In2Construction worked with the architect/developer for maximum economy, while retaining the integrity of the building. The project manager’s strict programming reduced costs, met tight deadlines and ensured high quality details specified by the architect. The project combined responsible design principals with affordable architectural design.
