Coningham House 2

A house on a sloping bush site. Clad partly in steel Colorbond®, part timber shiplap, with cedar double glazed. The house is designed in stepped sections to hug the slope. Marmoleum protects floors in wet areas; elsewhere the floors are timber & coloured burnished concrete with in-slab heating. The living area is spacious, complemented by two bedrooms and generous decks overlooking the garden and the Crown reserve beyond.
