OUR STORY

In2Construction was founded in 2007 by Peter, Jason & Phil with a shared belief that building should be one of life's most exciting and rewarding experiences.

Having spent years in the construction industry, we had seen too many projects affected by poor communication, uncertainty and a lack of collaboration. Clients were making one of the biggest investments of their lives, yet too often the process became overwhelming, budgets became uncertain, and the excitement of creating a new home or commercial space was overshadowed by unnecessary stress. We knew there had to be a better way.

Peter brought a strong background in business, finance and systems, while Jason contributed decades of hands-on construction experience and an unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship. Together, we set out to build more than a construction company. We wanted to create a business where honesty, transparency, collaboration and genuine care for our clients would shape every decision we made.

Nearly two decades later, that philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do. We believe the best outcomes are achieved when clients, architects, consultants and builders work together from the very beginning, creating certainty through thoughtful planning, open communication and shared goals. By deliberately remaining personally involved in every project, we build lasting relationships as well as exceptional homes and commercial spaces. Our purpose has never changed, which is to deliver outstanding craftsmanship while ensuring our clients enjoy the journey just as much as the finished result.
