Jason Wagner

Known for his down-to-earth nature and meticulous attention to detail, Jason has been instrumental in delivering many award-winning projects throughout his career. Mark Singleton

A Master Builder with a background in wooden boat building, he developed an early appreciation for precision, quality and the enduring beauty of timber, which can be seen throughout many of In2Construction's projects. Clients and project teams value Mark for his no-nonsense approach, efficiency and ability to turn ambitious designs into beautifully executed outcomes. Whether delivering intricate timber details or overcoming complex construction challenges, Mark brings confidence, reliability and a commitment to quality that helps ensure every project is built to the highest standard.

Charlie Greenwood
/ Project Management

Charlie's passion for craftsmanship began with furniture making, completing the Design in Wood course at the University of Tasmania before operating workshops in both Hobart and Melbourne. After returning to Tasmania and qualifying as a Carpenter and Joiner, he built extensive industry experience before joining In2Construction in 2009, progressing from Foreman to Estimating Manager and now Project Manager. Known for his thoughtful approach and ability to interpret intricate design details, Charlie excels at transforming complex concepts into successful on-site outcomes. Clients appreciate his calm nature, attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects that meet both the design vision and the highest standards of construction.
What is your tool of choice? A computer or a nice chisel.

Jack Nossiter
/ Project Foreman

Since joining In2Construction in 2020 as a Carpenter, Jack has quickly progressed to the role of Project Foreman, successfully leading nine residential and commercial projects through to completion. His commitment to quality, attention to detail and strong leadership have earned him a reputation for delivering projects of an exceptionally high standard. As one of the emerging leaders within In2Construction, Jack combines modern thinking, strong technical skills and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction, making him a valued member of the team and a trusted leader on site. Jack ensures clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the building journey while maintaining the quality and care that define In2Construction.
What is your favourite thing about In2Construction? The amazing projects that we get to work on. Also, the team we have get along well and work well together which makes for good times and high energy on site.
What are your hobbies outside of work? Fishing, watching football and hanging out with friends. But most of all spending quality time with my wife and three kids is the most important thing to me.
What would your ideal project be? A new build with lots of timber details on a large piece of land with beautiful views.

Chris Walters

Chris is one of In2Construction's emerging leaders, known for his quiet confidence, strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to quality. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and a Diploma in Building & Construction, Chris consistently delivers projects to an exceptional standard while earning the respect of clients, colleagues and trades alike. Driven by a genuine passion for construction, Chris is always looking to expand his knowledge and improve his skills. He takes great pride in working with his hands and being part of the remarkable projects In2Construction delivers. Reliable, capable and highly valued by the team, Chris approaches every project with professionalism, attention to detail and a determination to achieve the best possible outcome.
What is your favourite style of home to work on? I enjoy aspects of many different builds: from old houses with interesting renovations to modern architectural designs.
What is your favourite thing about In2construction? Working with such a great team with incredible wealth of knowledge and experience.
What are your hobbies outside of work? I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, kayaking, riding motorbikes, playing rugby and renovating my own house.
What would your ideal project be? I would love to be able to design and build tiny homes.

Lachlan Maclennan
/ Project Foreman

Lachlan brings a rare level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to the In2Construction team. Originally from the Central West of New South Wales, he completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship as a mature-age student before moving to Tasmania in 2006 to pursue his passion for wooden boat building. Over the following 15 years, he studied and worked with the Wooden Boat School in Franklin and other respected organisations, building a remarkable collection of timber vessels, including yachts, clinkers and numerous smaller craft. His expertise extends far beyond boat building, encompassing fine furniture, traditional joinery, handcrafted toolboxes and even the creation of beautifully crafted mandolins. This deep understanding of timber, precision and craftsmanship gives In2Construction a distinct advantage when delivering complex architectural homes. Lachlan's ability to execute intricate details with patience and skill helps transform exceptional designs into homes that are both beautifully crafted and built to endure for generations.
What is your greatest accomplishment? Racing in the 8-metre world championships against King Harold of Norway. We lost badly.
What is your favourite thing about In2construction? Working on projects where everything is custom tailored to the job.
What are your hobbies outside of work? Playing music. I play piano, learning guitar and listening to blues and jazz.
What would your ideal project be? Building myself the perfect workshop / shed.

James Crawford

James brings more than 18 years of experience across residential, commercial and infrastructure construction, along with a strong reputation for leadership, reliability and developing those around him. Having worked his way through the industry from Carpenter to Foreman and Senior Carpenter, James is highly respected for his ability to lead teams, maintain high standards and consistently deliver quality outcomes. Known for his people-first approach, James builds strong relationships with clients, trades and project teams alike. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of tradespeople, fostering positive site cultures and creating environments where projects can thrive. With a genuine commitment to craftsmanship, safety and continuous improvement, James brings a calm and dependable presence that helps ensure projects are delivered with professionalism, care and attention to detail.
What is your favourite type of project? I genuinely enjoy all types of projects, as each one brings its own interesting challenges and opportunities. Every build has its own "wow" factor, and I enjoy finding solutions and seeing each project come together from start to finish.
What are your hobbies or passions out of work? I enjoy spending time with my family and helping friends whenever I can. I’m also passionate about our Variety Tasmania Bash car, Puff the Magic Dragon and Puff Junior.
What do you enjoy most about the building process? seeing our clients’ dreams become a reality. I love hearing how much they enjoy their finished home and finding out which features or spaces have become their favourites. Knowing we have created something that families will enjoy for years to come is amazing.
If you could do anything other than building, what would it be? Running a coffee cart would be great, and I’d also love spending time operating machinery or driving tractors on a farm.

Abby Ling
/ Office Manager

Abby joined In2Construction in 2021 following a three-month accounting internship and quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the team. Selected from a group of ten interns, she has become a trusted support to both the office and leadership team, playing a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. Known for her initiative, organisation and reliability, Abby is often the engine room behind the scenes, ensuring systems, administration and project support functions operate efficiently. Currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Building and Construction through Master Builders Tasmania, Abby is continually expanding her industry knowledge and understanding of the construction process. Her positive attitude, commitment to learning and ability to quietly get things done make her an integral part of the In2Construction team.
What are your hobbies out of work? Short walks and occasianally go fishing.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Having positive relationships with the team makes the workplace enjoyable.
What are your favourite Hobart restaurants? Bar Wa Izakaya and Da Angelo Ristorante
