This house’s facilities were tired. The kitchen and dining area, laundry and pergola were demolished. The hall now leads to a new office and a new rear extension: a kitchen with waterfall-ended bench of Essastone™ and ceramic tile floor, and a light-filled dining area, double glazed. Tradition is preserved with timber beams, Blackwood panels, and Tasmanian Oak shiplap doors and walls.
